Earn Rule Cooldown - Enhanced Feature!
Review integration earn rules changes:
Flexible Cooldown Periods:
There was previously a fixed cooldown period of 30 days, preventing customers from being rewarded for leaving reviews within that timeframe.
With the latest update, clients now have the freedom to define their own cooldown periods for different review-based earn rules.
Customisable/ Granular Cooldown Configuration:
The reviews integration will now send over SKUs toInfluence.io, so you can now reward per SKU review, rather than one reward for all product reviews within an order, which means that the cooldown period can now be set on a per-product basis.
Customers can now receive rewards for leaving multiple reviews across different products, while avoiding multiple rewards for reviews of the same product.
