In this update, we're making our loyalty program simpler and fairer. Your points won't expire just because you change your name or email anymore. Instead, we'll only consider changes to your points, referrals, and loyalty level to decide when they expire.
Plus, if you've used another loyalty program before, you can now easily bring your points over to ours and keep the same expiry dates for a better overall experience.
