Why Did We Build This Update?

In order to address the growing demand for more personalized, automated, and dynamic loyalty programs, we expanded the capabilities of Influence Memberships. Our original release helped segment customers into loyalty groups. With this updated version, we’ve taken it further - giving you the tools to not only group customers, but also to engage them automatically with relevant, time-sensitive rewards.

Today’s loyalty expectations go beyond points. Customers want rewards that feel personal, timely, and exclusive. Merchants want efficiency and impact. These upgrades to Memberships were built to deliver both.

  • Keep things tidy: Expired rewards are auto-hidden from customer dashboards - no stacking or clutter.

This update will enable you to automate personalized perks and increase reward engagement, resulting in higher retention and less operational drag.

How to Get Started

Start by heading to your Influence dashboard and opening the Memberships tab.

There, you’ll find options to set up both Recurring Rewards and Discount Expiry.
