In order to address the growing demand for more personalized, automated, and dynamic loyalty programs, we expanded the capabilities of Influence Memberships. Our original release helped segment customers into loyalty groups. With this updated version, we’ve taken it further - giving you the tools to not only group customers, but also to engage them automatically with relevant, time-sensitive rewards.

Start by heading to your Influence dashboard and opening the Memberships tab.
